Refund Policy

We want every printer that leaves our shop to be right. This policy covers what happens on the occasions it isn't.

  • Pre-Sale Testing: Every printer we sell is tested before it ships, whether it's new or refurbished. That test covers print quality, connectivity, and page output. Please review the model and specifications carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Our Error, Our Fix: Mistakes on our end happen rarely, but when they do, we own them. A hardware defect, a unit that doesn't match its listed condition, or an error in what we shipped versus what you ordered all qualify. In any of these cases, we will repair or replace the printer at no additional cost. We will issue a full or partial refund instead if a repair or replacement isn't practical.
  • Customer Error: Sometimes a printer arrives exactly as ordered, and the customer later decides it isn't the right fit for their volume or workflow. We're happy to help with an exchange in these cases, though a restocking fee may apply depending on the model and how much time has passed since delivery. This is why we ask customers to review the specifications closely before ordering.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel an order for a full refund before it ships. Once a fleet or custom order enters fulfillment, we can only partially refund it, since equipment and labor are already committed at that point.
  • Rush & Priority Orders: Rush orders become non-refundable once fulfillment starts. The compressed timeline and dedicated resources involved make this necessary.
  • How to Request a Refund: Contact us at support@sohavasolutions.com or call +1-844-694-4527 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if the problem is visible on the unit
